In Beijing, the capital of China, officials are promoting Beijing's sub-center construction in the eastern suburb of Tongzhou District as well as moving Beijing's municipal management center to the place, shifting some of the city's administrative functions out of the city center to optimize governance.

The construction of Beijing’s sub-center is a large-scale policy project strongly supported by the state. It is located in Lucheng Town, Tongzhou District, with a total land area of 155 square kilometers. "The project, after completion, will play a leading role and provide an impetus for the socio-economic development of the surrounding region," said Xu Liping, the resort's vice president of government affairs.

Shanwei Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau(SMHRSSB)，which is responsible for labor policies, standards, regulations of Shanwei city, wanted to offer better service with big data and digital technology. Upgrading the existing data center infrastructure is critical to achieving the goals.

Beijing Olympic Village consists of 660,000 square meter of land that connects with the Olympic forest as well as the Olympic stadium. During the Olympics and Paralympics, it was the residence of athletes and officials from all over the world.
